When you sign in using a supported identity provider, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from that provider. We store your email address to track subscription status and learning progress. We do not collect or store passwords — sign-in is handled entirely by the identity provider.
Payments are handled by a PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment processor. We never see or store your card number, expiry date, or CVV — that information goes directly to the processor. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with a transaction reference.

These providers are contractually required to protect your data and are used only to deliver the Service. A current list of specific providers can be requested by emailing us.
We retain your account and subscription records for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal purposes. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or request that it be deleted, at any time by emailing us.
